- The garage, located in a separate building that is not connected to the cottage, is not included in the rental and is reserved exclusively for the owner’s use. Please note that, at certain times of the year, the owners may stay in the loft located above the garage. This space is completely separate from the cottage, allowing you to enjoy your stay in complete privacy and peace of mind.
- Please note that an amount of $196/month for electricity is included in your stay. This amount corresponds to a reasonable average of regular consumption. Any excess beyond this consumption will be the responsibility of the tenant.
