Three gateways: Saint-Jean-de-Matha, Sainte-Béatrix and Sainte-Mélanie. The L'Assomption River, marked by three impressive waterfalls, runs through the park for nearly five kilometers. Walking trails (21 km) lead you through this generous nature via 3 bridges that span the river.

Beauréal Réserve Naturelle
Open every day from 8 a.m., Beauréal Réserve Naturelle offers 10 km of trails, picnic areas and viewpoints. Please note that the 5 km trail is accessible with a stroller.
Abbaye Val Notre-Dame
From the fields, to the forest trails to the river along the mountain, everyone will be served by this dose of nature. Both short and long distances are available among the variety of hiking and cross-country ski trails. Whether you are hiking with your family or friends, the 15 km of trails are open to the public free of charge from April 15 to October 15. Dogs on a leash are welcome!
