Parc régional des Chutes Monte-à-Peine-et-des-Dalles - Saint-Jean-De-Matha entrance
Three gateways: Saint-Jean-de-Matha, Sainte-Béatrix and Sainte-Mélanie. The L'Assomption River, marked by three impressive waterfalls, runs through the park for nearly five kilometers. Walking trails (21 km) lead you through this generous nature via 3 bridges that span the river.

Les Sentiers du Lac en Cœur
Intermediate category, " Le sentier du Lac " offers fresh air, auditory calm, as well as more cardiovascular sections over short distances with the bonus of three beautiful panoramic viewpoints. For those who have more time and energy, you can add the 2.4 km " Le Calme plat " trail to your route on your way back for a total distance of 10 km.

Abbaye Val Notre-Dame

Both short and long distances are available among the variety of hiking and cross-country ski trails. Whether you are hiking with your family or friends, the 15 km of trails are open to the public free of charge from April 15 to October 15. Dogs on a leash are welcome!
