Welcome to Le Louisiane, a warm and inviting chalet nestled in the heart of the beautiful Domaine de la Rivière Noire, in Sainte-Émélie-de-l’Énergie. Set on a large wooded lot bordering the river, this peaceful retreat can accommodate up to 10 guests (maximum 6 adults). With its 5 bedrooms, wood-burning fireplace and fully equipped kitchen, it offers a comfortable and friendly setting for large families, groups, or getaways with friends.
Unwind in the 4-season spa, relax in the hanging chair on the screened veranda, or enjoy the gazebo set up by the water. A small beach is within walking distance for sunny days and the outdoor firepits promise memorable evenings under the stars.
Children will love the play structure, while the more adventurous can rent watercraft or tubes for a peaceful float down the river.
The estate also offers hiking and snowshoe trails, direct access to snowmobile trails and a snowmobile rental service to make the most of winter.
Four-legged companions are also welcome!

- Chalet Le Louisiane (10-person capacity) is located in Le Domaine De La Rivière Noire, which also includes 3 mini-chalets: Le Yukon (3-person capacity), Le New Jersey (2-person capacity), and Le Montana (4-person capacity). They share common access to the beach, trails, and children’s play structure.
- Possibility to organize a wellness retreat (health, detox, weight loss) in a cozy wooden chalet: $ (receipts in naturopathy available).
- For your information, the outdoor access ramp for individuals with reduced mobility shown in the photos is no longer in place. However, clients are welcome to bring and use their own portable ramp if needed.
