Since 1994, Josée Toupin and her family have been raising bison on their 400 acres of land, transforming a simple Rawdon row into a prairie parcel. Their herd now numbers more than 120 animals, grazing outdoors year-round. You can visit the farm to see the animals, enjoy guided tours (reservations required in the off-season) and fill up on the high-protein, low-fat meat that is becoming increasingly popular with chefs.
